The 1-alert free limit
TradingView’s free plan allows exactly 1 active alert. The moment you create a second, the first is automatically disabled. For traders watching multiple assets or levels at once, this is a hard wall.
TradingField’s free plan includes 5 active alerts with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid plans raise the limit from 20 alerts on Essential up to 1,500 on Ultimate.
Delivery channels: why it matters
An alert that arrives in an app you have open is barely better than checking the price yourself. The value of an alert is in reaching you on the channel you actually monitor — wherever you are.
TradingView delivers in-app and by email. TradingField delivers on email, push, Telegram, Discord and WhatsApp — you pick one or several per alert among those included in your plan (email and push on every plan, Telegram from Essential, Discord from Plus, WhatsApp from Premium).
BRVM: the coverage gap
TradingView covers thousands of assets across global exchanges. The BRVM — the regional stock exchange of eight West African countries — is not among them.
