1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradingField (“Service”, “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TradingField is operated by TradingField, Verneuil-sur-Seine, Paris, France.

2. Description of Service

TradingField provides real-time price alert notifications for crypto, forex, equity, and index markets. Alerts are delivered via email, push notifications, Telegram, Discord, SMS, and WhatsApp depending on your subscription plan.

The Service is informational only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tradingfield.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

TradingField offers four plans: Free, Essential, Plus, and Pro. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or alert quota.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively query the API.
Share your account credentials with third parties.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of TradingField or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that alert delivery will be uninterrupted, error-free, or timely. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradingField shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or trading losses. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
